Edition 2023
The 5th Local Gourmet Festival by Noble took place from 24 to 28 July 2023 at Elysium Resort & Spa, continuing the festival’s mission to highlight and promote Rhodian gastronomy.
The 2023 edition focused on local production, seasonality and the diversity of products from the Rhodian land, while also creating space for chefs from Greece and abroad to express their own creative approach to local gastronomy. Over five evenings, each guest chef joined the Noble team, led by George Troumouchis, Executive Chef of Elysium Resort & Spa, and Spyros Kougios, Head Chef of Noble, for a series of 4 hands tasting menus.
