Fran Agudo

Fran Agudo is responsible for the evolution of the menus of Mont Bar and Mediamanga, coordinating the kitchen teams of both restaurants. Born in Andújar and raised in Lloret de Mar, he studied hospitality and cooking at the Girona School of Hospitality and Tourism.

After his studies, Agudo began his professional path at Celler de Can Roca before joining Tickets, where he later became responsible for the restaurant’s kitchen. In 2020, he became gastronomic director of Mont Bar and Mediamanga, which received its first Sol Repsol in 2022.
