Through collaborations with invited chefs and special culinary events, Noble Gastro Projects opens the Noble kitchen to conversation, contrast and reinterpretation. Different perspectives meet around a common point of departure: the ingredients, traditions and cultural character of Rhodes.

A celebration of place
