Edition 2026
Noble Gastro Projects 2026 returns under the title Roots & Routes, tracing a path between the origins and journeys of taste.
This year’s edition welcomes five guest chefs to meet the philosophy of Noble and the gastronomic identity of Rhodes through special evenings of creation, exchange and contemporary culinary expression.
Roots & Routes
Roots speak of place, memory, ingredients and traditions. Routes speak of movement, experience, travel, influence and the personal paths of chefs. Between these two ideas, Noble opens its kitchen to new encounters, new perspectives and new readings of gastronomy.
From high-precision pastry to fire, seasonality, contemporary Greek cuisine and avant-garde creation, this year’s Noble Gastro Projects programme creates a polyphonic dialogue around the meaning of culinary identity.
At Noble, Rhodes remains the point of departure. Roots & Routes is an invitation to see it through new eyes.
