Edition 2024
The 6th Local Gourmet Festival by Noble took place from 22 to 25 July 2024 at Elysium Resort & Spa, bringing together four acclaimed women chefs from Europe for a series of special 4 hands tasting menus.
Under the title “A Female Affair”, the festival welcomed Vicky Sevilla, Marina Gaši, Letizia Vella and Isabella Potì to the Noble kitchen. Each guest chef joined the gastronomic team of Noble, led by George Troumouchis, Executive Chef of Elysium Resort & Spa, and Spyros Kougios, Head Chef of Noble, creating a dialogue between personal culinary identity, Mediterranean creativity and the evolving cuisine of Rhodes.

Rooted in Valencia and guided by memory, seasonality and place, Vicky Sevilla brings to Noble the personal culinary language of Arrels, her Michelin-starred restaurant in Sagunto.
