Isabella Potì

BROS’ / Lecce, Italy

Isabella Potì was born in Rome in 1995 and grew up in Lecce, surrounded by nature and hyper-local ingredients. After studying at the Istituto Alberghiero Columella in Lecce, she continued her training in some of Europe’s most important kitchens, including Claude Bosi’s two-Michelin-starred Hibiscus in London, as well as experiences with Paco Torreblanca, Martín Berasategui, Rasmus Kofoed and Mauro Colagreco.

In 2016, she returned to Lecce and joined Floriano Pellegrino at BROS’, helping shape the restaurant’s distinctive identity. Alongside her work as co-owner of Michelin-starred BROS’, Roots Trattoria and Pellegrino Brothers, Potì has received important personal distinctions, including Best Emerging Chef of the South 2016, Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2017 and the Terra Moretti Fattore Donna Award in 2019.
