
Edition 2025
The 7th Local Gourmet Festival by Noble took place from 28 to 31 July 2025 at Elysium Resort & Spa, continuing a culinary institution dedicated to the gastronomic identity of Rhodes.
Under the title “Taste the Island”, the festival invited four acclaimed chefs from Greece and abroad to create menus inspired by the island’s products and flavours. Each chef selected at least one local Rhodian ingredient and interpreted it through their own technique, aesthetic and creative approach.
Ettore Botrini
Ettore Botrini is one of the most recognisable figures in the Greek culinary scene and the chef-patron of two acclaimed restaurants: Botrini’s, awarded one Michelin star, and Etrusco in Corfu, a restaurant named after his father and long regarded among the finest dining destinations in Greece.

Juanlu Fernández
Juanlu Fernández began his culinary journey at just 18, working alongside the great Martín Berasategui at Lasarte. By the age of 23, he had joined Aponiente as head chef, later taking on the culinary direction of the three-Michelin-starred group.
