Born in Rome in 1993, Antonio Romano moved to London after his studies before returning to Italy, where he worked alongside leading starred chefs. His experience led him to develop a cuisine open to different tastes, moving across meat, fish and vegetarian creations with distinct approaches.

At the centre of his work remains a constant attention to the ingredient and the quality of the raw material. Elegance and taste form the essential base of each dish.
