Our cuisine was born out of a long and systematic exploration of the traditional gastronomy of Rhodes, an effort to record, preserve and share authentic recipes from every village of the island, just as they were passed down by the people who carried them.

At this table, the history of Rhodes is served through flavours, memories and stories. Each dish becomes a journey through time, from ancient Ialysos and Kamiros to medieval Lindos and the rural villages of the island’s inland heart.

Rhodian Cuisine

With respect for local tradition and the ingredients of the land, we seek to bring forward the wisdom of Rhodian cuisine: wheat, olive oil, pulses, wild greens, handmade pasta, and the everyday recipes that nourished generations.

Our team studied old testimonies, family notebooks and oral histories, carrying into the present flavours that are authentic, simple and deeply connected to the identity of the island.
