Ettore Botrini is one of the most recognisable figures in the Greek culinary scene and the chef-patron of two acclaimed restaurants: Botrini’s, awarded one Michelin star, and Etrusco in Corfu, a restaurant named after his father and long regarded among the finest dining destinations in Greece.

His contribution to Greek gastronomy has been widely acknowledged by leading food critics, who credit him with helping lay the foundations for the evolution of modern Greek cuisine. Beyond his work in the kitchen, Botrini has also become known to a wider audience through a series of television appearances, including the Greek version of Kitchen Nightmares.

Over the years, the restaurants with which he has been associated have received major distinctions, including Toque d’Or awards, FnL Guide stars, while Botrini himself has repeatedly been named Chef of the Year.
